awww. well I'm not going to talk shit about his skin anymore because I know that could not have been easy for him. I see teens everyday with the worst skin and I feel so bad for them because if not treated properly you will carry that into adulthood and it will leave scars. I think these payments stem over several months and child support includes food, clothing, extracurricular activities, education etc. Pretty much the same stuff you would pay for if the kids were still in your custody. If Jermaine's income drastically changed so much so that he couldn't afford the custody payments then it was his duty to go back to court for a modification but no...his ass waits and gets behind then starts crying injustice.

That's why I have no sympathy whatsoever for Jermaine. He can find other things to spend his money and time on but when it comes to the kids all of a sudden he's broke and busy. yes, this goes back over at least five or six years. so a little over $16k year, or $1330/mo. he's just never paid it.

i took a family law course last semester while studying for my paralegal certificate. you're exactly right. we had a guest speaker, a judge from torrance, ca, who said that there is matrix that the state has in which judges plug in numbers based on the financial information that they're given by the parties. they don't just pull the support amounts out of their asses; there is a computer system that determines it. the judge stressed, though, that a person could always get the payments reduced or whatever if their circumstances change.

as i said before, he's just a deadbeat. he's going to get his comeuppance.
