I don't know, never seen that movie. But if it was, the song wasn't recorded for it. It was on a duet album Waylon & Willie released in 1978.

I only remember this song from playing Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas. Once you got into redneckville you start to hear it on the radio alot lol.
