The newly released “Country Road Version” produced by Gaga and Fernando Garibay.

I love this version of “Born This Way”. It supports the theory that “Born This Way” was a ballad shoehorned into a dance track. But it’s a hair-metal ballad and not a country song. The steroeo layers of lush vocals and instruments are a very well crafted derivative of Mötley Crüe’s “Home Sweet Home” and Phil Spector’s wall-of-sound tracks. The level of craft here is very impressive, I hope that the entire album holds up as well.

I like it, but it sounds more like a 80's ballad version. I like her deep vocal more than her shouting the song.

i can't wait to see her perform this version live.

and if she continues the vain of Madonna.. Live ala Madonna's Express Yourself MTV Awards.

just her and maybe 2 other dancers and a mic with the band in the back and her singing her ass off.

This is so much better than that normal version of BTW.

It doesn't sound country, but it does sound like what it's supposed to be.
