So, is this the name of some real women that played MJ before? Rabid fan [stalker] or something? What do you think? I've always wondered this......

Hmm.. I always just thought he liked the name to use in tracks lol I know that Little Susie was a true story(ish) from the late 70's (I think that's when he wrote it. Maybe her name was Susie or again he just used the name cause he liked it? Not sure.

But I've not heard of anybody 'real' to inspire him to use the name. Same with 'Billie Jean' and 'Diana'

I think it's simply just a good name for song lyrics, it rolls of the tongue, it has an "oooh" in it, and a "Z" sound which is always good to sing. It just always sounds good in songs, like this one:
