I really hope Mariah is the other judge. I think she'd be perfect, I don't think Janet would be outrageous enough. I feel like Janet always speaks so reserved and quiet.

That's part of why I'm kind of indifferent about her in that role. Her public persona is usually quite guarded and reserved. She'd have to really come out of her public shell and be open and be politely opinionated (of course). Hell, Jan may be worse than Paula was with not being critical. Not saying she couldn't do it but I do think it's goes against the grain of her brand. She just seems above that to me. I guess we'll see won't we...I wish her all the best regardless.

I emphasize "public" because I believe that she's probably very open in private around people she knows well and is comfortable with.
