I was just playing this in the car last night!!!
i know it's popular to dog mccartney's solo work, but a lot of it is nice when you just want to listen to the radio and sing along, you know? not everything has to be 'imagine' or 'instant karma'. not everything has to be 'deep'.
i love this song, and 'maybe i'm amazed'. i also have a soft spot for 'coming up'. it's same reason why i like some of paul simon's stuff, too. it's singable. 'late in the evening', anyone? | |
