I don't know what happened to the CD, but they are playing in NYC in June. Hallelujah!

According to a thread in the Associated Artists section, Prince is not letting them use the name "The Time".

Where will they be in June?

No, that is to differentiate the original members from "Morris Day & The Time", which is not all of the originals.

I may have misstated the month. I think it is July 29 at BB King's.

Is Prince refusing to let them use the name the Time or Warner Bros? The Time should write SLAVE on their faces.

We don't have any confirmation that Prince isn't letting them use the name. That's just pure speculation right now. There could be any number of reasons for the hold up.
