she played new stuff...made up some stuff on stage...and of course played the old stuff.
Brother915 said she will have a EP out in March. It wasn't mentioned last night. I love the intimacy she has with the audience. She is my favorite artist right now. She is who speaking to my spirit right now. Prince used to have my heart that way.

I saw her last month in Los Angeles and man she blew me away. Ever since Mama's Gun she also has a place in my heart. The woman is FANTASTIC! My diva, my queen... But I'll stop. Words are to weak to define...

Before the 2001 celebration, I'd heard of her, but never heard any songs... so when she was about to perform, I was kinda over it... then she came on stage and GOD DAMN! she worked it! I came back from the celly and bought all of her albums! | |

I saw her in London last year and thought she was fantastic live ... wouldn't have gone but someone here said she was worth seeing ... thanks to whoever gave me the tip ... I hope Rhondab's post does the same for some peeps here | |
