Black says that the blog posts declaring her clip to be the worst video ever "really shocked me," and admits that "at times, it feels like I'm being cyber-bullied." To take back her own narrative, Black will appear on Good Morning America and On-Air With Ryan Seacrest, and she also has an acoustic version of "Friday" in the works. She even refused an offer from Ark Music (which produced the video) to take "Friday" offline: "I decided not to give the haters the satisfaction that they got me so bad I gave up." Does Black have a point about the level of mockery directed at a 13-year-old, or is this the built-in risk of seeking stardom at a young age?
