I loved seeing El DeBarge getting his "second chance" on BET. I am sorry that he couldn't maintain his sobriety. I think that he was doing well until the success of his comeback album and then he dived into touring so hard... He just did not spend enough time on his sobriety...and one thing that he may have to do to ensure it is to give up live performances, if that is a trigger. But, in saying this, I wish the best for him and I love his new album. But, I also know from having experience with addicted family members, that his journey is a life time process that only he can take control of...

Being sober off drugs is not so easy I assume. I hope he gets the right help. I believe 50 cent is helping him.

Yes, he did. As far as pics go, you all have free range to post all the DeBarge pics you want.

it's sad what happened in their lives... the events actually seem similar to the jackson family. an abusive father... the desire for creative freedom... motown pushing them in a certain way... the work to heal... my heart goes out to them all.

Most of these family members were quite talented.

I really dig Chico's material.

I so feel for that whole family... Every one of those kids ended up with drug addictions... I am so hoping some of them can pull through... C'mon, El...
