Marsha Ambrosius New Album

First off: This album is hot, but more importantly the title track Late Night Early Mornings gives me a Prince feel. I love it. Remember the scene in PR with Prince and Apples about to do the er...grownup. The sounds the beats everything reminds of that scence. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Love the Cd. I strangely miss the Nat though.

I gave it a shot, found it less than I'd hoped for, not a memorable track. Suprisingly, I think I've also decided a little of her voice goes a little way...

Also, I guess Im not hip to the way music is released these days because I thought the album would be a polished product of the "your sincerely" songs. "storm" would have been nice to have on the album.

I'm with you. I'm glad I supported her project, but I was left feeling kinda empty after listening to the whole thing. For me, something is missing- musically. Still love Far Away

I haven't bought it yet. I have listened to it and i came away disappointed. It seems

like most of the tracks start and stop at the same tempo. I expected a little more.

Unfortunately, her ex partner's solo cd may have a little more depth to it.

Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
