Actually, it's just Evan Rogers, one-half of the well known r&b/pop-rock/dance-pop producing duo Carl Sturken & Evan Rogers. In case you didn't know, they're produced and/or written tracks over their 35 years worth of a career for other artists ranging from Deborah Gibson to Rihanna.
Evan did attempted a solo career of his own in 1985. Carl & Evan produced this version of this song from a funk/rock artist from MPLS, Minnesota. Enjoy. | |
