New photos of Rihanna reportedly taken shortly after Chris Brown beat her have shown up online.

MediaTakeOut.com has published photos of Rihanna which appear to have been taken at a hospital back in 2009 ... following the brutal attack.

No comment from Rihanna's camp ... at least so far.

Shocking pics, and I have to admit that I'm as guilty of occasional rubbernecking as the next guy. It's out of line for this kind of material to be leaked into the public domain, though; and for people to be profiting from that.

Really no need for TMZ to post these pics-just let these two people get on with their lives Obviously if RiRi had no problem with the restraining order being lifted there is still feelings there- I wish both of them well.

You know, the funny thing is, these look similar to the "fake" photos that first surfaced, but then they came back and said they were photoshopped.

Who said anyone was trying to help her? Looks to me like someone was just trying to get paid and the outlets who posted the pics are looking for hits. They just used the occasion of the restraining order release to dump these pics.

I just think it's been 2 years now and they work in the same industry with many of the same people. If they've both moved on all that restraining order does is keep them connected-everyone has to be concerned with which one is attending what event, etc. At some point, it's time to take off the training wheels and move on.

While this does not help her it doesn't really hurt her either, IMO. (Edited to say, well, yeah, it does hurt in that it's an violation of privacy and a painful reminder of a dark time). If she were with him? Well, that would be another story but that doesn't appear to be a concern.

No one put anything out there, his actions did. It's unbelievable that Mr. Brown hasn't grasp PR, knowing what to say and how to say it; in the future a publicist should clear any public statements he feels he needs to issue.

It's true. His tweet comes off as totally self-indulgent. Maybe he thinks he's the 'real victim' here....

This "strategic chess move" stuff all sounds a bit paranoid, too. It's probably a much more straightforward case that, with him being in the spotlight promoting a new album, there's more interest in stuff the tabloid muckrakers have unearthed about him, so they can hawk it for a higher price. Seedy, yes, but not exactly a conspiracy against him.
