Lady Gaga has announced that she is going to release her new single, "Born This Way", on Friday (February 11).

The singer had been set to release the single on Feb 13, but announced the release date change on her official Twitter page, Twitter.com/ladygaga.

"Can't wait any longer," she wrote, "single coming Friday."

The single will be the first song taken from her new album, also named Born This Way, due for release on May 23. She recently revealed the lyrics to the single online.

Lady Gaga’s Born This Way will premiere at 6 a.m. EST Friday morning on probably every radio station you can possibly imagine except for talk radio.
