(Yes, this is the full movie and yes it really went straight to Youtube)

I guess retailers didn't think it was even good for a DVD release. lol

I havent even watched it yet .. I skimmed through to make sure it was legit .. I'll watch it later on .. I'm sure it'll be a waste of an hour and 30 minutes that I wont get back

Micky, where have you been? Britney, Nsync, R Kelly and Backstreet were all on Jive

I've never listened to any of them, so don't know what label they were on. I do like that song N*Sync did with Nelly and maybe a couple of others. The only Britney Spears song I've heard is Toxic. Backstreet, don't know. I've never paid attention to R. Kelly. I like She's Got That Vibe, and that's it. The only time I hear the radio is if I'm in a car with someone else, or it's on at work or in a store. If I happen to turn it on, it's only the oldies station or maybe jazz or classical.

Where on this earth do u live 2 only have heard Toxic? Have u not heard "Baby One More Time"?

As for R. Kelly: No "Bump and Grind", "12 Play", "Your Body's Calling", "When A Woman's Fed Up", or "Home Alone"?

@daPrettyman

They were talking about Backstreet Boys being on Jive not Blackstreet. Blackstreet were on Interscope and later DreamWorks Records.

February 21, 2011

Rap-Up TV caught up with Ciara at Jay-Z and LeBron James’ Two Kings After-Party for her first interview since revealing that she is trying to get out of her deal with Jive Records.

Despite losing her voice, the sweet singer opened up about her letter on Facebook, TV projects, upcoming USO tour, and whether she will release a video for her Usher collaboration “Turn It Up.”

While she may have hit some bumps in the road, CiCi remains positive about the future. “I have a tremendous amount of faith that God’s gonna just work everything out, so just get ready for the ride,” she said.

No

Don't like his voice or music, so I've never tried to hear him. lol My friend is a big fan of R. Kelly though. I wasn't really a fan of that era's R&B. I didn't like Jodeci either. The last R&B I really liked was around 1983 or 84. I liked some New Jack Swing songs, but wasn't into it in general. I mostly listened to acts that made more traditional music like Brand New Heavies, Tony! Toni! Tone'!, and Jamiroquai.

As for Blackstreet: No "No Diggity"?

I know that one, it's alright, but I think they were talking about Backstreet Boys. But I I quit listening to the radio on purpose around 1990 or 91, and 90% of the popular music after then I've never heard. I don't know about grunge, boy bands, etc. I'm a Weird Al fan, and most of the things he spoofed after 1991 I didn't know the original song. lol

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

This shows how records labels can easily make or break an artist's success.

Ciara got screwed by Jive is not surprising.

They only care about Britney Spears and Chris Brown- that's it!

The same thing has been happening to the Backstreet Boys in the past 5 five years.

That's why they finally left JIVE after their contract expired this year.

I'm hearing rumors the Backstreet Boys have now signed on to Universal Music Group- not sure which one of the labels maybe Interscope??. Hence that's why we're seeing them so much about them these days after a very long time on big shows like the American Music Awards and Dick's Clark Rockin New Years Eve.

Ciara should go to Interscope records.
