I had so many jokes lined up and you had to go and watch that shit without telling me
Why does the movie title remind of the Lil Magic skits on In Living Color? "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

LMAO! I watched it this morning...I couldnt help it but to be honest, the movie was more about Lynn Whitfield than it was about Ciara

The scene where she was breakin' Martin off in Thin Line invalidates this post "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

@daPrettyman They were talking about Backstreet Boys being on Jive not Blackstreet. Blackstreet were on Interscope and later DreamWorks Records.

Rap-Up TV caught up with Ciara at Jay-Z and LeBron James’ Two Kings After-Party for her first interview since revealing that she is trying to get out of her deal with Jive Records.
Despite losing her voice, the sweet singer opened up about her letter on Facebook, TV projects, upcoming USO tour, and whether she will release a video for her Usher collaboration “Turn It Up.”
While she may have hit some bumps in the road, CiCi remains positive about the future. “I have a tremendous amount of faith that God’s gonna just work everything out, so just get ready for the ride,” she said.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Shit i don't think so. Lynn showed her bitchy side in Thin Line and Madea's Family Reunion. And she is still my favorite MILF. Don't laugh at my funk

This shows how records labels can easily make or break an artist's success.
Ciara got screwed by Jive is not surprising.
The same thing has been happening to the Backstreet Boys in the past 5 five years.
That's why they finally left JIVE after their contract expired this year.
I'm hearing rumors the Backstreet Boys have now signed on to Universal Music Group- not sure which one of the labels maybe Interscope??. Hence that's why we're seeing them so much about them these days after a very long time on big shows like the American Music Awards and Dick's Clark Rockin New Years Eve.
Ciara should go to Interscope records. [Edited 3/21/11 8:40am]
