King Pleasure, what a mysterious cat. Limited disography (by choice) was on the scene for a brief period and then just walked away. Is there a version of "Parker's Mood" with the lyrics posted on the Tube? Pleasure predicts Charles Parker's death a year ahead of time in that song. Maybe I'll upload it.

Never knew that he recorded "Parker's Mood" till recently, his version stopped me at my tracks.

I'm sad to say that I absolutely have NO idea about him or his music beside the famous "Moody's Mood For Love". I tried to get his early records but all I ended up with was the stuff he re-recorded with Annie Ross in 1955 and the stuff he did later. I'll try harder to get my hands on his early stuff.

Duh. You posted it ("Parkers Mood") I was on my ipod couldn't see your other post.

Love this song, Pleasure's disography is limited maybe 35 to 45 songs at best, give or take.
