Well I've always wanted to see the man live so I'll probably try to make either the DC show or the Charlotte, NC show.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I saw him on PBS's Austin City Limits show and he totally killed.

I don't really like any of his solo albums that much (coupla songs are great but overall...naaaahh) but his performance presence and crack musicians make it really exciting live.

Wish I lived near these venues. I'd definitely go.

First he subjects us to the first single offa his new one, now no West Coast gigs. Imma pass till the TTT reunion happens....ya think? Maybe?

Ok...maybe it's only a "maybe" on the whole reunion thang happenin, but still. Dunno if my ears would survive his whole new "chuck berry'ish / Jan & Dean hybrid retro-surf-soul trash" live anyway lol

I guess the Texas dates & that California date in April counts as west coast dates.

As for the Tony Toni Tone Reunion it looks like his brother D'Wayne Wiggins & cousin Timothy Christian Riley aren't holding their breaths cause they moved on without him & got a high school classmate & another relative Amar Khalil to replace Raphael Saadiq. If people wonder why he is a lookalike it's cause Amar is related to all of them.

Welll...yeah..Coachella....but that's a festival thang, not a regular club date. And Dallas isn't West Coast. Maybe I was overgeneralizin a tad tho.

Still love the guy (and honestly would turn out to see him..current musical direction aside).

I doubt this is the complete tour, just the first leg. Hell, it's only 14 dates.

^^ Yeah..but ya know, I wouldn't bash him if it WAS the whole tour. It's not like he's likely to go out on a 75 date tour or sumpthin.

I'm just glad to see him out there playin for the people. That's good no matter what.
