Weepy ballad of the day part 4: Lionel Richie--Say You, Say Me.

I forgot what dumb movie this was from. Lionel may have even won the Oscar for this glop. but it is good glop, doncha know. By-the-numbers pop song writing, but that's what we like, right?

How about that piano riff that your grandmother could play in ten seconds..lol That chorus just gets me every time. His silky voice really makes the song good. Really dig that rock part near the end--cleanses the tongue. I felt like raising my bic lighter.

White bread soul, that's the ticket.

I love it, it's one of the first song's i ever learned on piano and i have loved it sense then, people on here hate on Lionel's solo career so much i'm not ashamed to admit i dig his 80's albums
