Hey guys. Does anyone know of any mainstream artists that have made house tracks? Here are some examples:

I don't consider vogue as a housetrack.....can't think of any mainstream artist who did good house tracks, i mean, madonna, janet & co have some good house remixes, but than there's a dj behind it.

There used to be a Italo-house group known as Black Box. They had mainstream success with three house tracks:

Black Box was like Milli Vanilli. That was Martha Wash singing, but they hired a model for the videos & photo shoots.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Paul Weller famously recorded an album influenced by Chicago deep house in 1989, The Style Council's "Modernism: A New Decade". It was rejected by his record label which led to the band splitting up and him embarking on a solo career which led to him achieving greater success & legendary status in the UK.

This track was going to be the first single release from the album until it was rejected. The album finally saw release on a box set in the mid-2000's
