It sounds like she's working on her voice...It's better than when she did all those concerts last year. When did she start gaining all that weight though?

Kim is amazing. Whitney did alright, much better than the tour.

I saw bits and pieces. I couldn't sit thru the entire thing. I can only take Steve Harvey for about 7.5 seconds.

I saw Chaka, Chante Moore and Kelly Price (boy is she starting to pile the pounds back on!). I fell asleep before they got to Nippy. I figured they were going to save her for the end of the show. I guess she was supposed to be the "highlight"?

She did a good performance.

Whit has SERIOUS coke bloat. She looked like she was 5 months along. She is also one of those people who only gains weight in their gut-everything else is skinny. Odd.

I acttually thinks she looks better with the weight on her. It's just that gut! She can cover that shit with a girdle or some spandex underwear. I told my husband, "Look, Whitney finally has nice thick legs." He was like, "Is she pregnant?"

I love El's new album and my 2 yr olds love the song second chance. When they heard El singing, they came running into the room. When the song changed and Howard started, they got mad and ran off and starting playing with their toys again. It was so cute.

^^^ Maybe she quit smoking (cigarettes! ) and is gaining weight due to that, which happens to many people when they quit smoking.

Go Whitney! Yes she needed some heavy duty spanxx but I will take this Whitney over the one who performed at Micheal Jackson's 30th anniversary celebration.... I had nightmares for days after that.....plus the fabric of her dress was a bit unforgiving I believe...She coulda used some heavy duty perspirant though....pit sweat stains are never cute

No offense to the Gospel Celebration, but why was half of the artist there R&B artist.

Whitney, Chaka Khan, El DeBarge, I thought it was the BET Awards at first.

A lot of those rnb artists were there because they started out in gospel. The Debarge family has heavy gospel roots. They even recorded a gospel demo at one point.
