One of the greatest moments in soul music history...

Al killin' it back in '74, with a broken arm on Soul Train. No lip-syncing, forced dance moves, fake instruments, etc. Just pure soul and church! Nothing controlled or emotionless. Give me someone who can top this today?

Yep! lol I gotta look up the date... I know it was early 1974... this was when Call Me was still fresh and people were playing that album's songs on the radio.

Ah found the date, it was on my sister's actual birth date (April 6, 1974). Yep she was born on that day! nod
