Speaking of fluids, its gonna rain on the deep hole she dug for herself any minute now.

I used to be a fan of Kim, but ever since the film Notorious she has managed in a short while to piss me of on so many occasion, I can't even begin to count them anymore.

Lil Kim is at least 40 She was in the Teenage Love video with Slick Rick. Remember she was OLDER than Biggie. She was already working when she met Big. She has no excuse for this madness. A grown woman should handle herself better. Like guide Nikki and be a mentor. A 40 year old broad beefing is down right silly

Exactly nod Kim looks like a damn fool these days....desperately clinging to the tiny bit of fame she still has left. Her behavior makes me wanna go out and buy 10 copies of the Nikki Minaj CD,just to keep it on top of the charts!! Anything to piss off Kim.What's really sad is....Kim was very close to Biggie. She knows firsthand what can happen when these hip-hop beefs get out of control. This bitch should know better.

they always set your age back 4 -5 years in the music industry. Watch Teenage Love by Slick Rick she is in it. That would put at 12 in the video. She was older than 12.

Interesting, but I checked out docs and articles on the Smoking Gun website that would indicate her current age to be no more than 35.

I love the Kill Bill movies, and I've always liked Lil Kim, but even I think that dismemberment cover, is over the top.

Why does this other girl bother her anyways - if anything every time see sees that girl she should be flattered, because everything about her is pretty much an imitation of Lil Kim. She should be like, "Awww, look - the little ones coming up, want to be like me. That's adorable."

"I don't think you'd do well in captivity." - random person's comment to me the other day

There's one promo pic of the cover that's kinda freaky....a (badly) photoshopped pic of Kim with a sword surrounded by what looks like are supposed to be the hacked up remains of Nicki. It's kind of a Kill Bill parody but it's way bloody, kinda OTT for me.

The cover would be fine for me if the work was any good. I think it's kinda cute.

Thats Kim's M.O.

She gave every female rapper that popped out after her some headache,,,,in this case though, Nikki was the only one of them who hit mainstream, thats why she dedicated a WHOLE album, mixtape, whatevertheterminology for her.

Kim better buy some land, thats all I'm gonna say.

I read that she shipped the first 100K fans who purchased Black Friday an autographed copy.

I wouldn't buy it; nonetheless, it's one of the many ways to reward a fan base.

I like is track better than the first one posted. I don't like all the plastic surgery when you don't even look like yourself anymore, but the song reminds me of some of her older stuff. Kinda interesting to have a Nicki clone look up Kim's old videos on YouTube, although it was mostly focused on the Crush On You remix video. Not bad but probably wouldn't buy the mixtape.

disbelief Kim should be ashamed and embarassed. Is this really all she has to offer?? Attacking Nikki like this? She's proven that she has no dignity or self-respect.

NIKKI MINAJ IS THE NEW QUEEN OF HIP-HOP! It is what it is.

You keep posting responses like this......Put yourself in Kim's position: If you had this random person appear from nowhere, copying almost everything you've ever done and becoming sucessful while doing so, wouldn't you be a little perturbed? Kim has nothing to be ashamed of. Minaj is not a small child innocently impersonating. She's a grown woman blatantly plagiarizing.

Not every mimicked artist is like Michael Jackson. Some of them express their resent when the imitation goes beyond flattery, which is completely understandable. They had to work arduously to be "original" just to get any attention at all, but these new losers can just lazily imitate legends and still get over? If anything, I can appreciate what Kim is doing. Has-been or not, it's a reality check. If Minaj is such a queen, she would have been just a bit more innovative. bored

Lady Gaga borrows many of her ideas from Madonna but I don't see Madonna acting all crazy, making diss records and embarassing herself like that.It just makes Kim look like an old, bitter, jealous artist from the past. The way I see it....Kim had her chance. She had her shot. She screwed it up,had all that surgery, went to jail, and now she's pissed because a younger, prettier artist has taken her place?! Kim played herself out. That's what happens when you don't stay on top of your game wink

Yeah, 'cause she's more like Michael now: Nice, and publicly passive. While Kim, on the other hand, is like Grace Jones, Cher, James Brown, Little Richard, etc, who didn't feel the need to keep their mouths closed when they were being constantly ripped-off by particular acts just to remain politically correct all the time. No, they didn't make "diss records," but they were still vocal about their disapproval sometimes, which is not a sign of jealously.

And how can you be jealous over what you helped to establish anyway? Who else besides Foxy Brown was doing that overly-perverted/sexually bizarre-looking Hip-Hop before Lil Kim, lol? Sure, Kim destroyed her appearance with plastic surgery, but she isn't embarrassing anyone but Minaj in this case, no matter how much affectation The New Barbie displays. Take away Kim's image and Lil Wayne's elementary style/beats, and what is Minaj in Hip-Hop? Nothing.

I just think that there's a more dignified way to handle a situation like this.If Lil Lim is truly confident with her *OWN* talent, accomplishments and legacy, she wouldn't feel the need to make an ass of herself when someone new comes along and 'borrows' her ideas.Madonna knows that she is the Queen of Pop...she knows what she has accomplished and how much money she has made (lol). She would look really foolish and desperate if she were to go to war with Lady Gaga.It would make her look jealous and insecure. It's too bad that Lil Kim chose to act like a child.

And,for the record,Lil Lim was never as 'unique' as you are suggesting.Millie Jackson was doing that whole routine when Kim was still in diapers. In the music world, you don't "own" an image,a style or a sound.Everyone borrows from something that came before them.Lil Kim is just pissed because she screwed up her own career, and now someone new, fresh and young is filling the void. That's what it all boils down to.And how exactly is Lil Kim "embarassing" Nikki? Look at the charts right now.Who's winning and who's failing?

Those unaware will now realize Minaj is nothing but an exact, 100% duplication, that's how. lol Simple. Since the common music audience is so fickle now (considering she's famous in the first place), most people will probably not care, however, her artistic credibility will still always be flawed, just like Gaga's (although Gaga at least TRIES to be inventive with her work).

And current chart status is irrelevant. Kim has not released an album since 2005, so there is no way to compare who is presently selling more records.

Bottom line: Minaj is a gimmick-based impersonator, with very limited skills (when you compare her to the official Queens of Hip Hop). I'm not a fan of "artists" like that. You and others can support her all you want, but just know that if a true test of Hip Hop prowess was demanded, via Kim and Minaj in a live/spontaneous rap battle, Minaj would lose, badly. And Kim is not even as adept as the greatest FeMCs herself, lol. If anything, that alone should answer your question about who is "winning." lol .... disbelief

I think it was always known that Minaj was a gimmick. I get why Kim wants to come back at her (in a way) but it made her more irrelevant to her own career (but I guess when you're dealing with label politics, you have no choice I guess but to go that route). That said, I do commend Kim for stating the obvious about that fool even if I don't like the route she's going with it.

Why are people talking about KIM like she is an original?? She is a freaking gimmick herself, i mean cmon now, there are 2 kims the one that was with Biggie and then the plastic one, that plastic one was not original it was a gimmick, so Minaj is copying a copy of a copy. Whats next calling GaGa an originator? Folks get fucking real with this talk already, KIM is a clown, she is upset about an image that isnt even who she was to begin with ok.

True. lol

I mean again im hearing her talk about like she was Stevie or the Beatles or a motown legend or some classic rock artist, she had one album, that was created by Puffy and Biggie, had it not been for them she wouldnt be, she took what they built and made herself into a clown image, and thats what many have done before and since. Kim is not and never was CLOSE to being original even in her biggie days she wasnt.
