What with 2011 bringing the respective reunited joined forces of New Kids on the Block and Backstreet Boys on a tour this summer, it appears this year is all about bringing boy bands back! The latest boy band reunion story is O-Town! They're Remaking The Band!
Four of O-Town's original five members are teaming up once again to create new music. The band's genesis is a good old MTV tale--they formed during the inaugural season of "Making the Band" in 2000. Members Jacob Underwood, Ashley Parker Angel, Erik-Michael Estrada, Trevor Penick and Dan Miller went on to release two albums and tour with Britney Spears before they disbanded in 2003. Ashley Parker Angel, who's since embarked on an acting career, will not be rejoining. (Sniff.) Here's to hoping the "There and Back" star reconsiders--and effectively comes back now that he's been "there." Wherever "there" is, anyway.

Anyway, O-Town's making a comeback! Greaaaaaaaaaaat! We're psyched to move back to the "town," if it's going to be O-Town, population four instead of five. Because we DON'T want it all... or nothing at all. We'll take as much O-Town as we can get.
+ Are you psyched about O-Town's comeback? Planning to see them perform? Baby, I would.
