The Rev James Cleveland/Great Gospel Songs

This has always been one of my fav Gospel songs wink I first heard it as a child in Detroit in the early 80's Grandma use to have the LP wink The song stuck with me and I still listen to it today cuz it's true wink. Post ur fav Gospel songs razz Anybody know anything about Rev Cleveland?

The first time I heard this song was in the opening of Charles Burnett's masterpiece To Sleep With Anger. It hit me in the chest like a brick, and it still feels the same way everytime I listen to it....
