I did a random search on Itunes and came across a new Dale Bozzio album titled Make Love Not War. Technically it's not really new, as most of the tracks are previously unreleased from the early 90's but I guess the tapes got stolen??

There's a track titled "Take me to your leader" that Prince supposedly co-wrote. It's basically all dance pop stuff with a little new jack swing and house music thrown in. I'm liking it. I love Dale. She is the true original pop weirdo. Way before there was Gaga, there was Dale and she did it better!

Any Dale fans out there??

I've admired her look, style and sound (with Missing Persons) for a while but I will be checking more of her out.

She sure is! I only really got into them about 2 years ago but I love Missing Persons. I didn't realize what an influence Dale was on people like Gwen Stefani, yet she never really gets any props. Most orignators hardly do.

Not that I know of. Simon's been married for many years. If it was about him, it was a crush she had on him.

I'm digging this new/old album but i'd be so happy if she put out an album with brand new songs on it. That would be hot!
