Apparently she "showed" it on the "Telephone" video when she goes into that prison cell and the woman warden or whatever was like "told you she didn't have a dick" or something to that effect. confused I remember how people on Twitter went nuts over it...for some odd reason. You think she had revealed Big Foot or the Loch Ness Monster the way they were screaming for joy over her showing her clit as if they've never seen pussy before.

falloff lol lol lol ...

lol

but I still want to see a pic or a still of that clit...not because I need to know if she's a woman or not, but BECAUSE I WANT TO SEE HER COOCHIE !! lol cool

I agree 100% with that.

alot of this is down to how the media is ..... they need a story so they will hunt around for anythink just to get a story....

I don't think you can push all of this on Beyonce and Lady GaGa wink

It feels like a cold and cynical move for me (just when a hot popstar looks for straight males fans via huge cleavage/semi-naked pics neutral ) and I can't believe the large number of homosexuals/trans that actually bite the bait disbelief

Gaga may be looking for "freshness", but this "I support the gay community" tactics are getting old...

that said, who cares...I guess neutral

At least Madonna AND Kylie are still aware that they have straight fans that are listening to their music. And for the moment, it a damn shame tha Gaga is forgetting the straight people that were supporting her BEFORE her mainstream success.

That's right I said it! LGBTs weren't the only kind of fans that were listening when Gaga was underground.

Sorry to sound cliche, but i am sick of hearing about GaGa to it seem's her act are getting more attention then her music, and people think because i am bisexual that i should worship GaGa because she love's gay people and does ''so much'' for the community, i honestly don't have many gay friend's but the one's i do have or meet worship her like she is the second coming of Jesus rolleyes

A lot of girls i know worship at here feet to, they say she's the best singer, has the best albums and no one compares to her. She get's so overhyped i can't dig her even when i gave The Fame Monster a chance, I really don't like pop music in general but i dig some of the old pop stuff of the 70's and 80's and... 90's a bit. But GaGa and all the one pop artist's noooooooooooooooooooo

Not to mention when they call her Momma Monster and crap ow lawd confused

The number of GaGa's straight males / females fans (many of them 17-27 years old) is clearly high, and probably higher than the number of homosexual fans.

That said, I don't think she's gonna alienate her straight male/female fanbase, but I do think that many people are starting to see her tactics as cynical and calculating...or just tiresome, not shocking or exciting...

I wasn't excited with the "I'm Gonna Release the Best Album of the Decade" bullshit and I'm not excited now either... I still have high hopes for the album, though...

Yeah it's like if you're gay, bi or transgender, you're supposed to like her and that's really on some society-level bullshit. First they say she's so rebellious but if you weren't a fan you ain't shit? That's just stupid.

I agree. I kinda didn't understand the Gaga craze when I first started listening to her (especially on Twitter... oh my God). I just like her songs but now that I think about it, seems like anything she does relating to human rights is calculated because it seems like she's trying too hard to prove that she really loves the LGBT communities. But I would say for someone who claims to love her "little monsters" no matter what they are, she sure put up a fucking campaign to prove to naysayers that she has a pussy. Now I got ticked off about that. If people say you have a cock, why even go on a campaign denying it? Ain't like you're fighting against molestation charges or murder charges? What's wrong with being transgender/transsexual/intersexed anyway? Real gender benders don't have to PROVE what they are, they just are. Same goes for those who have a loyal gay following (for instance Diana, Chaka, Aretha, Patti, etc., don't always go "this is for a selected people"), they don't have to prove it. That's why when I read this, I raised red flags.

[Edited 1/19/11 11:33am]

Well here in Orgville, BlaqueKnight was THE first orger to introduce us to the music of Lady Gaga when she was a few months away from going mainstream with her debut album The Fame. At the time, it was about the music itself and NOT about the image. Most orgers didn't take Gaga too seriously as others.

Within the next 3+ years later, I couldn't help but noticing too many orgers that would stop at NOTHING to make up excuses for Gaga no matter what she did wrong OR right. And these were the same orgers that didn't take Gaga seriously when she was a struggling underground artist.

What was so different this time around? Gaga's shock value with her image AND her weekly to monthly reminder of thanking "God" & "the gays". And now I'm thinking to myself "Well excuse f***ing me for being a straight man that namechecked LoveGames as his favorite Gaga song". rolleyes

I definitely remembered that thread. I don't know if I replied though (I think I was accepting if I did reply). I wonder where it is in the archives.

Wait I think I can remember now, someone posted a video of her doing one of those songs (I don't know if it was LoveGame or Poker Face, could've been LoveGame) and I was like "impressive".

LOL yeah. I don't know if you were a member but in 2008, a few straight orgers actually brought up Gaga and some folks gave her mixed reviews. I remembered when some made comparisons to Prince, it was like "aw hell naw" on one side. lol I don't remember the thread real well though now since it's been a while.

I can’t judge much till I hear the single, this is a rumor I hear but who knows. For one thing if I had a problem with gays, transgender w/e I wouldn’t become a fan of hers. She need to tone it down I agree though.

The thing is I’m not bother by it though I like her music that’s all I care about. I go on her fan sites and all the straight fans say the same thing she’s forgetting about us I don’t care who she’s targeting as long as the song is decent. But the gay thing does come off forced now even though I believe she genuinely cares about gay rights, she doesn’t need to put it in EVERYTHING which is the problem.
