It's cause they cram an entire years worth of plot into a one minute song. I wonder if anyone's ever counted how many words they've crammed into that song.

Exactly, its been ages since a good TV theme, not only that, i often here of "great" Casts of tv sitcoms, yet TAXI is never mentioned, i think it was the BEST lineup of any show.

YES YES YES!!!! Who can beat a combo of Jeff Conaway (who was a hunk in his day ), Marilu Henner (obviously the fox on there ), Danny DeVito and Andy Kaufman among others!? The show was funny as fuck too. Great show.

Yes they were very creative and had feeling. Plus the shows were just better shows in general-maybe that's why I don't watch alot of tv these days-the shows suck.

Taxi was one of the best shows ever on tv-loved it and Danny DeVito was funny as hell
