Wasn't Andy Summers from The Police in this group? I know he was in a couple of 1960's bands. You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. This is one of the most haunting songs i've ever heard. Outstanding vocals too. Definitely one of my all time favorite songs. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ

If you mean as in cover the Animals' version, then no. Bob did his version in 1962. The Animals' version was similar. Eric Burdon himself later admitted he imitated bits of Bob's recording of it. Bob stopped performing the song after fans of his accused him of stealing from the Animals though he had done his version and his version wasn't a hit.
