Here are two of my favorites:

I've said it here recently, but the Lee Ritenour solo at 2:31 sends me soaring everytime...

The virtuosity this concerto requires of a harpsichordist from 6:00 onward is just downright sadistic. And from 8:18, I don't even know how one's fingers could stay on! shake ...
