This story doesn't make any sense to me, this sounds like some tabloid/TMZ type of shit.

First of all, you need at least six months remaining on your passport before you can travel anywhere.

Second of all, if you can't pay child support, what this hell is he doing thousands of miles overseas in a country on the African continent?

Third, if your passport expires, the US Embassy will issue you a temporary passport that will expire upon return.

The story is mislead, they said that the Feds can flag your passport if you're delinquent, then in the same sentence they said his passport expires, that's two different things. Is the passport flagged and he's not supposed to be overseas so he's a fugitive, or has his passport expired and he has to wait to get another one? Which one is it?

I know Jermaine is kinda suspect, but you have to use your common sense sometimes when reading these stories.

Don't forget they used to do this shit all the time with Michael, and folks (even here on prince.org) used to believe that shit because they're the "fucked up Jacksons".

If they don't catch you in the washer, they would get you in the dryer. It's that serious, when it comes to child support. To boot, who was going to buy that "I got robbed" crap?

Doesn't this read as the Federal Government making his passport invalid due to his deliquent child support? That's how I interpreted it, anyway. The passport didn't so much expire as it was rendered invalid by the government. And I don't know if that really happens or not. You'd think they'd want them back in the country so they could get their money or send 'em to jail on ours.

Regardless, dude is probably over there on purpose and not trippin' about it in the slightest. Hangin' out with some of Mike's giraffes, drankin' some dranks in the shade.
