Who's gonna own 2011?

So who's gonna own 2011? Both superstars are going to release albums at around the same time. Who's CD will be the bigger hit? Who'll have more radio hits? Just predict and we will see after the year is over who actually did more.

well Britney and Gaga will do damage, Beyonce i think needs to really shift gears, because if its more of "pay my bills" type song nonsense, its over with that already. Brandy and Chris i dont think have a prayer, Chris needs to stay out of the picture for a long time and get that ignorance controlled that he has. Kelly i like but, no one cares in america about her for the most part, even RB doesnt support her, so, as long as she can do a good record i'll take that, but as far as it selling anything, no way in hell.

I'd love to see Brandy be successful. She's one person I've been pinning for a comeback but I don't think it'll happen. Kelly no one cares about and Chris...I'm not to sure yet. Britney and Gaga will sell.

What do you think Brandy needs in order to be successful? Is it the music or something else?

Jessie J just won the Sound of 2011 BBC thing. Here's her on Jools Holland:

I saw her live a few years ago supporting Cyndi Lauper. Unfortnately it seems like she's being marketed for her debut album as a kind of UK answer to Lady Gaga. The thing is, she can really sing.

Brandy would need not to try to be everyone else, to be honest i think the only strong album will come from Britney and maybe Kelly Rowland, Chris Brown is finished, hey should just take some time off and get his head out of his ass. As far as SALES i dont really think any of them will do anything that will shake the sales world, i think sales this year are gonna tank more than ever, the forecast is to drop another 10-20% in sales this year from last years drop. Im not a brandy fan at all so her style never did anything for me, so i dont really see a spot for her in this climate, she would be better served doing stuff overseas where music seems to still do ok
