I don't think she wants them tossed in the street. Apparently, Michael had a condo where the estate is hoping Alejandra & Co. would live, however, she's refusing. Also, I think after the whole stun gun incident, Katherine may be afraid of the influence.

Sometimes you have give certain people a reason to think twice about messing with you. Katherine has quite a few of those kind of people around her because she is weak and not very intelligent.

no once mrs, jackson passes away her 40% goes back to mj kids and they received their whole inheritance at 30 yrs so unitl then is gets get allowance and i think katherine not getting hers b/c of that lawsuit when jermaine and joe promises michael was gonna perform with the whole family in korea but it never happen

Dare I say Alijandra might have some good reason to write a book a la Margaret Maldonado? Both Jermaine and Randy haven't seemed to have supported ANY their kids all these years. I don't know about her an employment (I mean what could she do...what has she done to earn $$$?), but a tell all would get her and her kids some money. MJ surely didn't leave anything to his siblings or their kids, so why should Alijandra get any joy there? Nah, a tell all is the ticket and let's face it, she has a whopper of a story to tell. People'll buy it.

If it's true that MJ's kids are getting hassled (and frankly I believe it)..these are some seriously dumb people!!!!! Tho they are minors and it's in trust, they are the acutal owners of everything really. Katherine inherited a mere stipend/pension in comparison and even there the trust can severely limit Katherine's discretion over the funds IF it looks like they've been misused.. Who didn't expect that she'd stump up some of HER cut to Joe, but MJ's kids supporting all these kids of his brothers? Nah MJ's kids shouldn't be feeding their cousins cuz you know she ain't got the funds to do that and run Havenhurst. LOL....these kids are the golden goose and it's only a very short time until Prince is 18. At that point, he can get custody/guardianship of his younger siblings (esp Blanket) and give the Jacksons the whip hand.

Part of the reason MJ had such money problems had to do w/ his maintaining two multimillion dollar estates and all these hordes of folks at Havenhurst. If Katherine wants to help her grandkids, she's gonna have to find other means cuz the trust is shutting off the water works, from the looks of things.
