Rahsaan Patterson's new single

Easier Said Than Done from forthcoming album Bleuphoria. What do you think? I don't know when the album will be released, but I'm definately going to get a copy after hearing this.

I'm not knocked out by it as a single song, but I can see it as a nice album cut. Besides, Rahsaan can sing pretty much anything and I'm cool. His voice and the production of his work convey such a sincere love of music, I'm always on team Rahsaan. When is the album coming?

Edited to add-thank you for the update!

Your welcome! smile I actually have no idea when the new album will be released. The only info about it on his official website is a bright blue text: BLEUPHORIA IS COMING. I'll be quite pleased if Bleuphoria in it's entirity has a similar production to this track. A little more bass guitar on some tracks and couple of collaborations with Van Hunt like on Love in Stereo would make the new album perfect.

KCOOLMUZIQ

I heard this on the radio here in LA last week & was instantly hypnotized by it. He is an underrated artist. Its sad that he can't hit mainstream because he doesn't fit the "male" mode as a sex symbol lady killer....His music is like no other....a lot babies have been made from his music...

eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince

I'm not sure how I feel about this song but I know I will buy the album because I LOVE what he does regardless if it takes a while for me to digest it.

I am digging it now. I knew it would sink in.

I went to his website to see if there was any information on the new album and was shocked that this wasn't streaming (Stop Breaking My Heart is playing). There is a link to the same youtube video in the middle of the page.I then did a quick look for him on twitter and found he is called "mynameis2long" instead of some derivation of Rahsaan Patterson. Between these two things it made me think he is really missing out on some opportunities to get himself out there. Your own site isn't featuring your single and has old material higlighted and its difficult to find you on twitter which could help get your name in the ears of people who've never heard it. All that to say, I wonder if he doesn't want to "blow up" and wants to keep his niche status?

Get him on Facebook, he's vocal on there. I've chatted with him a couple of times.

Answer to your last question lay in the track 'Stars' on Wines & Spirits.

According to his website he has a few new concert dates scheduled. Can't wait to see him!

And, ran across this new full length concert recorded on youtube. Fab.
