Poor Bobby
He has no legacy of being a singer: in fact, Frank Farian, used other vocalists on record, like he did later with Milli Vanilli
He did spent the last 10 - 15 years or so living in a small house in the Netherlands, very anonymous and reportedly having drug problems. Farian ripped most his Boney M royalties.
He died at a way too young age.
But,

He died in St. Petersburg on 30th December.... Rasputin died in St. Petersburg on 29th December.
Considering that one of Boney M's biggest hits was "Rasputin" thats kinda freaky eh? | |
