Harlepolis

I've been stuck with that song for a year, I didn't realize that the rest of the album was pure earcandy.

I imagine Ohio's 70s musical scene was the equivalent to Minneapolis' 80s scene. SO many talents came outta there.

Good tune.

I swear to God I used to think this was one of those current smooth jazz tunes when I was teenager, because it was used as background music on the radio station. boxed

Interesting

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

I've seen this story on Keith Harrison before. I honestly didn't know until last

year that he was a member of Faze-O. I've always known him from the

Dazz Band. He also joined Heatwave after Rod Temperton left prior to joining

the Dazz Band.

Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
