she'll probably do togehter again at the end like the essence festival and the private concert a few months ago
Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking when I said some type of homage.

I don't really see how this tour will be any different from the RWY tour - she has basically performed all the 'number ones' singles on that tour.
I hope she is selective and decides to perform 20 - 25 songs in full and do songs like "scream", "because of love", "diamonds" and "the best things in life a free" and omit tired songs like "let's wait awhile' and 'alright'.
i dont hold much water in janet's press releases, but at the same time there is alot of contradictions from fans. how can you say she need to change things up but then turn around and get upset at the thought of her not dancing or doing the big production thing? im in janet's age range so i can totally understand if she decided to scale back on the dancing, she cant do that forever. there are ways she can still perform her classic songs without all the choreography, she can try new arrangements, get a solid band and actually perform the songs live. i would prefer her to drop a few of the #1's and perform some of the album cuts she's never done live. at this point in time i would rather see janet singing songs like my need, where are you now, this time, china love over RN,control, ect.
Why wouldn't her fans be upset at the thought of her pacing the stage while lipping to pre-recorded vocals? AND on top of that the production is low-budget? Let's use our heads here. Janet is a PERFORMER that depends on her dancing and production to entertain. Take both away and what do you get? Basically, nothing. I'm really LMFAO at some of you thinking that Janet Jackson, possibly the best lip syncer in the history of entertainment - would do a whole show live in 2011. These days she doesn't even bother singing the ballads live. Even the ad-libs are lipped.
BTW, I assure you that all her fans know she's getting older and her stamina is declining. No one’s insisting she dance like she’s 20 years old again. But there are ways she can tweak her shows to where she's comfortable. Better yet hire a new upbeat choregrapher and creative director that will work around her flaws and NOT make her look like some stiff ass drag queen.

While I dont think her hair looked good that day, I generally like the short crop when it's styled right
It's not a look she should keep for going on tour, but it had a good run while doing promotion for her movie.

I bet the book is going to be pushed back to like 2014 or somethin'.
Oh yeah! I totally forgot about that book. Wasn't it due this year?... or last year?

That was a very cute interview. You can tell she's very passionate about acting.
