Not even in her dreams.

That performance is one of the best performances I've ever seen. Damn near flawless! Each move was precise and graceful.

rehearsals really ? confused

The other video didn't prove anything , Janet in her 40's destroys britney in her 20's , there is a huge difference....

She is a mediocre dancer at best.

lol You call it spirit fingers. I call that shit 'wack ass vogueing'. She doesn't dance so much as she gyrates and wiggles. Basically, strippers get paid to do the same thing except they do it better and don't make millions of dollars for it unfortunately.

Damn.

I just joined this forum and its not my place to talk, but why havent moderators closed this thread yet. Corn is either trolling or trying to make himself look stupid. Neither of the options are fun for anyone, while it can be fun watching someone crash and burn doing it for 6 pages is just sick.

Britney is a skilled technical dancer, but she has no natural talent/no rhythm and it really shows when she does hip-hop choreography.

I honestly don't even think you people watch the videos I provide. Why watch something if it might prove you wrong? Even if it did, you wouldn't admit it. I'm not a big fan of Janet, but I can still appreciate the talent she has, I don't feel the need to degrade her or call her names, especially when I know people here really like her.

Care to prove it with a video? I don't know why someone trained mostly in jazz/pop would also be as strong in hip hop dancing if she hasn't trained in it as much, the two are entirely different styles.

Shes been dancing hip-hop since the beginning of her career, so plenty of practice.

Lol, neither of those are "hip hop". They're jazz/pop choreography with slight urban influences (to suit the urban pop of the songs), actually the first routine is straight up jazz. I'd really love to see the supposed "hip hop" she did at the beginning of her career. Who could forget the Oops video with all that locking and popping or the Sometimes video with that amazing krumping.... falloff

There are blatent hip-hop moves in there, like the heel toe which is actually dancehall but anway... plus most of her choreographers were hip-hop orientated. There is also the dance from 'Up Against the Music' which is performed infront of a graffiti background in the vid which Britney said was hip-hop, btw i hate that word, lets call it urban.

I always thought the first vid had the potential to be good, its a shame she never finished making it.

If you mean in dance, no, jazz is pop choreography. What Britney does is pure jazz with sometimes other influences like urban, cabaret etc

And yes, those two songs, Boom Boom and Outrageous, are a few of her worst. She was very open about the fact that she hated Outrageous and hated her label for forcing her to record it.

Pressure

sorry but britney SUCKED as a dancer...

Not only was she stiff, she does the same moves. (twirl, vogue, hair flip) . None of that shit is technical or precise!

ALSO, notice when she dances. sometimes, she would be off count as compared to her backup dancers. she would be at least 3- seconds behind them in dance steps.

You would think because she was a gymnast she would be a good dancer, but it didn't help her in that case.

I used to be one of Britney Spears die hard fans (her and Christina Aguilera were my favs back in 1999.) I seen Britney in concert twice...2002 and 2009. I'll never see her in concert again though because of the whole lip syncing thing last time. That Circus tour was a mess! I payed $150 for the floor tickets and ended up standing and not being able to see her half the time she was performing. It was $ wasted...I will never give her anymore of my money.

When she first came out, her dancing wasn't that great, but it improved a lot later on. Now, it seems like she doesn't care anymore. Her dancing isn't nearly as smooth like it once was and the lip syncing thing has to go.

rolleyes Ever heard of youtube? You could have checked out a few videos, seen if it's what you're looking for, then boom 150 bucks saved or well spent. The choreography was changed at the last minute because her original choreographers were fired for an unknown reason. She doesn't lip sync, her mic is on with playback turned up loud. She sung Everytime 100% live at the three shows I went to.

Anyway, she'd just come back from a massive breakdown, people weren't expecting MJ to be what he was for This Is It when nothing happened to him mentally - why did people expect Britney to snap back after being put on a 5150 watch, which means her mental issues made her a DANGER to her and the people around her. "Omg she lip synced how dare she!?" was the point of view of most haters. "Damn, she completed a world tour of over 90 dates just less than a year after being tied down to a gurney! Amazing!" is the view of most fans.

This era is the era she has to prove herself, not the pity era that was Circus.

I did the exact same thing in my disco lessons as what i see in Jazz choreography, thats why i think its the same thing.

And yes, those two songs, Boom Boom and Outrageous, are a few of her worst. She was very open about the fact that she hated Outrageous and hated her label for forcing her to record it.

Poor Britney, it seems like she's never had control over her career or much of her life, doing drugs was probably the only control she had.
