It's one of mine too. I like peaceful songs like this. But it's kinda sad though like other animal songs like The O'Jays Brandy.

Yeah...I didnt like it when I first heard it, but it grew on me for sure.

I loooove my parents! My mom gave me the white sort of hippie stuff, my dad...soul and the blues!!!!

I liked Wildfire from the beginning. Michael Murphey started out as a songwriter in the 1960's.

Mike Murphey wrote this tune for the Monkees. He was friends with Michael Nesmith before Nesmith joined the group. It's also one of my favorites.
