I cant be mad at MJ listening to the Jacksons anthology

I mean I kind of forgot growing up with this fool. Got To Be There, Thje Love You save etc..plus poor guy grew up in a fucked up world etc. Not giving him an excuse for some of his actions etc but damn. Ill be There, Mamas Pearl, Dancin Machine etc. I heard he is trying to get his brothers together again for a tour. I hope this pans out, I want to see this. Oh well..I can always put on Jacksons Live.

I completely agree! Yeah,I know Michael is weird THESE DAYS,but all you gotta do is play the old Jackson Five stuff to remind you of why you were a fan in the first place.Michael would sing a song like "Who's Loving You" and "I'll Be There" and all you can do is marvel at how a young kid can sing with so much emotion and intensity.Really amazing stuff.

Songs like "Mama's Pearl","I Want You Back","The Love You Save" are all a major part of my youth.I grew up with those songs! I would be in the mirror, using a hairbrush for my microphone, trying to do those fancy J5 dancesteps.

Rapper Ice-T once said something to the effect of "People can say what they want about MJ,but we ALL pretty much listened to his old recordings."

Ice T. Said we all Grew up on MJ&that the Hardest Dude will tighten up like a Bitch when MJ rocks a Stage.MJ has that effect as a Artist IMHO.

I got all of His Stuff ain't nobody gotta tell me the Importance of MJ's Music.the fact you can Divide His Career into 3 different Era's Speaks volumes IMHO.you got folks that Dig the Jackson Five MJ.you got Folks that dig the Jacksons Era MJ.you got the Solo Era MJ on Epic/Sony that Folks dig.when you know how Bad the Cat is you never have to explain a Damn thing except to folks that don't have a Clue about a Important Musical Figure. His Image&things never Cloud My Ears of the Man's Musical Gift&that goes with any Artist.

Who's Loving You
=
my favourite J5 song.

Temptation's original has nothin' on Michael's lil heart singin loud & proud.

always drives me crazy this song.
