4 rotations from The Redding's forlast album (1985)

Slamjam of the project is Larry Blackmon's production of "In My Pants" including a few Cameo-soldiers and even Billy Cobham's brother Wayne on trumpet.

One of the Reddings already appeared on LA. Connection's "Now Appearing" album from 1982, and this was a second round of funkpower.

The horn-arrangements are so tight it ain't right lol.

Second track is the good groove "Third Party" and third + fourth track are 2 mixes (album + maxi-single) from "Parasite",

a collaborative production of The Reddings with Hubert Eaves III (Mtume, D-Train, Strangers, Network).

Dexter's bass is on fya as always. Overal album-production by Russel Timmons III.

Tried to find also the excellent mellow cut "Talk's All Over Town" on youtube. Even Charlie Singleton did some production for the album.

Reddings, The - If Looks ...at Discogs
