Usually what Nile touches is gold. Should be interesting.

Cool pics! Roger on the drums, now that's something we haven't seen since 1985. Beautiful.

Nile produced one of their best albums in 1987, Notorious. Nick and Simon said they were inspired by Parade by Prince, so they wanted to make a funky album. They did.

TRON

I heard that New Order is co-producing too. That should be great!

Yeah! Roger Taylor on drums again! He still has that concentrated look he had in the Planet Earth video! Love it!

He was actually an influence for me getting into drums!

Notorious, now that is a Funk jam! The extended version really exposes the Funk roots of that song. Very MPLS.

Never thought I'd see the day when Simon, Nick, John, Andy, and Roger would sit in the same room together, let alone record another cd. I've been anticipating it for almost a year. Hopefully it will come out soon. Does anybdy have a projected release date? Of course they change all the time.

Nick (Keyboards) and Simon (Lyrics and Vocals) were my very first influences to start being creative musically. Duran Duran and Arcadia will always have a special place in my heart.

Roger is one of the finest drumers ever, that's for sure. Hes' up there with Stewart Copeland, in my oppinion.

omfg Whoa! They sucked? What year did you see them? Early 80's, ok, I can see how they weren't the best back then. They were great in 87 when I first saw them, and every time since.

Excellent. I hope the album does have the "Notorious" vibe. I really dig that album.

BTW, Nile Rodgers has been responsible for some of their best moments: Notorious Album, The Wild Boys, View to a Kill, The Reflex (7" mix that's on the GH)...
