A family that was living in the projects of Gary, Indiana, you can bet that fame and money was the ONLY things on their minds so going to college was not part of no backup plan. When you come from HUMBLE BEGINNINGS, you do anything to stay where you're at. But it seemed like the Jacksons just want big money before they agree on anything and nothing is coming at their doors.

Someone had said one of the Jacksons was working at a Vons supermarket in San Diego, I think the one that went into real estate, But you gotta have healthcare benefits for your family, it's honest work, and they have a good union, plus it prob. pays better than trying to sing.

There is no need why any of the brothers should be in this situation. Well before MJ went completely solo, the Jacksons as a group had sold over 100 million records. When the Jacksons moved to Epic they wrote and produced albums like Destiny and Triumph which were multi-million sellers. Since the death of MJ the Jackson 5/Jacksons albums have sold over a million in America alone, so God knows what they have sold world-wide, so the brothers should have royalties coming out of their ears. Now I know Jermaine was not part of the Jacksons but has someone said he did have his own relatively successful career, therefore there is no real reason why he or the other brothers should be in such financial mess. By the way apart from MJ, whose finances were also in a mess before his death, JACKIE is the only other brother never to have filed for bankruptcy.
