what's got me really sad about this is the news that katherine has signed a contract with this internet porn producer to sell mj stuff that he purchased from another man who wasn't supposed to have it in the first place under a court order. very long story but it has its roots in jermaine's bulls***.

anyway, katherine told the l.a. times that she's in business with this dude b/c she only gets $7K/mo from the estate. the estate has documented the money it has paid her, including loans and goods - this info is filed with the court - so the l.a. times could have easily cross-examined her on her claims. plus, the estate pays all the expenses on hayvenhurst so that $7K should be 'gravy' for her.

but $7K isn't enough to pay the expenses for jermaine's (and randy's) kids, and any other people living with or depending on her. her solution is to sign a contract with a lowlife, who's supposed to be giving her $10K for 'appearances', and 25% of any profits he makes from the mj 'business ventures'.

but the shameful part is the contract states that katherine has the right to give him the right to use mj's kids to promote these 'projects' without ever compensating them, and this contract as written would survive her death. i thought slavery ended in this country in 1865?

the estate has already stated its intention to shut this b.s. down, but man i'm really, really sad for mj's kids that it even got started in the first place. all b/c their uncle is lower than dirt (no excuses for katherine, but she's only doing it because of jermaine and randy).

Yeah I heard that too. I think Michael wrote it because he and La Toya were having a conversation about their brothers' wives having discussions about this and that. That someone spewed a rumor on La Toya. Michael turned it and made a song out of it.
