I love the Isleys. And I'm saddened to the fact that Marvin past away this year due to the complications of diabetes (which I have as well). So in honor of him and the whole family list your !5 favorite Isley Brothers albums (Isley/Jasper/Isley included) of all time. I know we won't all agree on the #1 album or even the top 3. Well I dont have alot of Isley albums but I did just pick up "Live It Up" to add to my collection...found it for 1.00 on vinyl. I really like "Aint I Been Good To You" (pt.1 and pt.2).

So far from what I have...

The top three seem to linger closer to 80's /70's funk...I think thats why I like those the best. Grand Slam so far is my favorite because tracks like Who Said, Party Night and Hurry Up And Wait are some JAMMERS.

I was told to get Showndown next...so I will pick it up when I see it.
