The more I read it, it sounds as the Jacksons are only going to back up this singer meaning this is again all for naught.
Those brothers are weird...

the clip of "Monster" on HMV has a different drum pattern to the leaked version. |

Yes they do. There's enough greatness on there to salvage this album. Removing the Cascio tracks and putting on 'Blue Gangsta' and '12 O'clock' instead will give me a great 9 track album.

That's what I plan on doing too. |

I'll add "Slave to the Rhythm" in there personally.

Same here...
Looks like I'm buying the album.

"Best of Joy" in a way reminds me of his Motown-era ballads/mid-tempo numbers. Musically it kinda sounds like "Don't Say Goodbye Again".

Me too. I'll skip the three other tracks. I can deal with 7.

If it leaks fully, i'm right with you.

Yeah it's almost as if someone knew we would need 3 leaks to replace the 3 fiasco, er I mean Casio tracks

I'm with bboy87 on "Best of Joy" too.

"Hollywood Tonight" should have been the first single, IMO. That's a jam!

Can you include me too, please! Pretty please?

I hope it's the second single released lol

I'll just assume it's santa leaking MJ onto the internet and leave it at that!

I can't help but feel bad for them.

It's kinda smart. Japan LOVES The Jacksons so they definitely get some love there
A.I. is pretty famous over there....I'm not sure she's on Utada or BoA's level tho.... "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

But they're setting it until late next year. What are they gonna do between then? Twiddling their thumbs?

All of us who like the song will be included hopefully.

Yep! Hey loudmouth, shut the fuck up, right?

Oh, and STTR sounds cool. Kinda basic but definitely cool to hear something like that from him. Great for the clubs. Hey loudmouth, shut the fuck up, right?

Yep, the vocals are from '82. Music has been remixed but luckily seems to keep the feel of the original whilst modernizing it. |

Michael best tracks from 1 thru 10. Just my opinion
1. Keep your Head up - Everyone will be singing to this track...WATCH 2. Best of Joy 3. Monster 4. The Way You Love Me 5. Hollywood Tonight 6. Another Day - Disapointed they didnt go with a more r&b/hip hop beat like the CEY Entertainment version which is tight and brings the track out with Michaels vocals. 7. Hold My Hand 8. Behind the Mask 9. Much too Soon 10. Breaking News

Hollywood Tonight shits on those "other" tracks.
I've got to say though, The Way You Love Me sounds terrible. I know its only a snippet, maybe the full version will put it in perspective, but I've grown to love the stabbing keys and beatboxing at the end of the original. I don't know why they'd remix this little known but previously released song (though I've got my theories). At any rate, I would rather they have left this song as what it was: an unplaced song that was released as a "bonus" of sorts on The Ultimate Collection. It was a nice but not "amazing" pop ditty. To include it on an album of "recently completed" material is dumb.
This is a 6 song album with a bonus remix as far as I'm concerned.

Keep Your Head Up won't even be in my library, but to each their own.
*No, I take that back. It will be, but not as part of this album. I'll create a playlist so I can enjoy these tracks, and I'll only listen to Keep Your Head Up when I try to study the track more. I've listened to all the questionable leaks a lot in my iTunes to see if I could hear MJ on the vocals, but after several plays of each, I'm still not convinced. [Edited 12/3/10 13:46pm]

Depends on what style MJ you prefer. My favorite MJ style is when he's soulful. Also the lyrics to Keep your head up...is what will make the song popular.
