Wal-Mart stops selling kids CD with profanities

falloff wacky faint

So many comments ...
1) Here is proof that crappy music leads to crappy sales, in this case, no sales
2) They didn't clean up their music so the parents are cleaning them out of their stores
4) What ever happened to 'fun' music?
5) What's on this CD anyways?
6) You know the industry is in trouble when the most controversial CD, one that gets banned, is for kids
7) Is this CD now a 'collectable' - $$$ ?? eBay!

But, I'm sure they still sell video games. lol

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Ive only been to wal mart like 3 times in my life and from what I've seen the music selection sucks monkey balls to begin with, anyone who's actually into music is picking up their cd's there.

The Eagles exclusively sold their 2007 album at Wal Mart, which was the group's 1st album of all new material since 1980. It sold pretty well.

Target, Wal-Mart and Best Buy are the worst, but you all asked for cheap cds and didnt realize that stores like Tower and Goody had no control over the prices, NOW you got no selection or a very lame ass selection from these 3 WANNABE music retailers.

I was watching Bet last night as they bleeped out all references to alcohol and then proceeded to air Grey Goose commercials and the morning after pill.
