I'm hearing every excuse in the book, but all of them are in direct contrast to everything we know about him. He recorded with will.i.am and will said he would warm up for ages. Everyone says that. We've heard him sing spontaneously before, presumably without any warm-ups, and he sounded like himself. We've heard demos before - rought demos - and he sounded like himself. We've heard him toy with his voice on 2000 Watts and Shout - same MJ diction, you can even raise the pitch or slow the playback speed on each track, respectively, and hear MJ in there.

I just don't get it. Its frustrating to think how they could do this. Like I said, even if its him, do they not see anything wrong with putting songs they themselves needed forensic experts and opinions on an album?

A quick review:

1: Beautiful packaging, nicest looking MJ set yet

2: Videos are NOT remastered, in fact I was shocked at the quality of some of them.

Even later ones like "Who is it" are unbelievably soft and low quality, as is the sound.

3: Really fucked up decisions were made about some of the content. Crappy cut down version of "ghosts" looks awful with the wrong soundtrack (they are dancing to "2Bad"). "Will you be there"

intro cut off etc etc.

So if you haven't got these already or you want the poor "bonus" disc, go for it. I can see why there is no Blu-ray release. They just didn't bother mastering them.

I found it at WalMart, but it was in the music section with MJ's albums. I had been looking around the DVDs for a while, and while leaving disappointedly, I discovered it on my way out when I glanced at the "J" section in music.

I checked the newspaper ads on Sunday to measure the promotion for the release (generally featuring new music/film releases), and I did not see VISION in one single print ad (Target, BestBuy, or Walmart). Also, it was released on Monday, rather than Tuesday - another strange occurance. I expect that perhaps VISION will have more advertising in the USA for preparation of DEVIL's FRIDAY - the major shopping day after Thanksgiving.

I have to say that this product is as weird as it is cool. The packaging is awesome, but strangely in the smaller BLU-Ray height size - not what I expected. I was a little disappointed with the lower quality of the some videos, but I am glad to have it. The booklet is nice, with director and locations listed for most of the videos. VISION is much more like a filler for those who already have full collections of MJ videos. The version of "Ghosts" is weird for those who have actually seen the film. I most enjoy "You Rock My World" and "TDCAU (Prison Version)".

If he had said that I would have died laughing. lol Sometimes it looked like he wanted to tell it like was, but he was holding back. I always laugh during the Oprah interview where she kept interrupting him and it looked as if he was giving her this look like "Oh no you didn't!"

It really is that bad. Its so bad that I won't believe the snippet is real until its proven its actually going to be on the album. Its really not even comparable to Breaking News. It's like the person who sang Breaking News just got tired and didn't even bother trying to sound like MJ.

Does anybody know if there are any plans of a dvd release of the 30th Anniversay show? i'm not fussed on the first part but Can You Feel It onwards is just awesome, love the slash stuff aswell. I just hope we see it at some point (as well as Ghosts)

My "Vision" hasn't arrived yet. Despite getting an email last Saturday saying it had shipped. Damn mail service need to hurry they asses up! I'm thinking of going out and buying the game on Friday (from HMV so I get "Another Part Of Me" on there), if Vision arrives on Friday also it's gonna be MJ overload!!!
