I'm a straight woman and every time I'm really attracted to someone, they're gay! So I have to resign myself to the friendship category, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work.

Dude. I'm really, REALLY bad with that. Partially, I think, because it just doesn't figure into my thought process regarding people in general. It's happened a few times at a place of employment, though. Like, we're at a Christmas party, somebody will introduce me to their partner and I have to play it off as not being totally and completely surprised. Because really, I am!

With George, I always thought he had a bisexual charm like he knew he loved the men but at the time of his success he didn't really wanna reveal that. I didn't get the gay vibe until the "Older" period so I wasn't at all shocked when he said what he said. He had led a bisexual lifestyle up until 1990 when he met Anselmo (the first real love of his life, he says).

I also think he was telling us who he was on his records (there's a lot of messages on Listen Without Prejudice and Older that told you he was tired of living a lie if you hear it right).

That's what's so funny about this. All the weed, cigarette smoking and pill popping hasn't destroyed that VOICE. It's still great. Like I said I wish him well.
