It's on the maxi single of his overseas-only single "Spinning the Wheel" (which did well chart-wise overseas). nod

I think it was also issued on an EP of leftover Older tracks called Older/Upper or something to that degree. smile

And yep it's definitely on the "red light special" tip. Nice little '90s R&B/post new jack vibe. cool
