Runaway sucks. I refuse to by an album that has such a horrible song.

No loss at all. His crappy out of tune singing on that song is horrible. I don't know how crap like that manages to get on the radio.

Just heard the whole thing today and so far so good. I loved his last album but i'm not sure if I like this new one more yet. I'll need a few more listens.

I know how you feel, I thought the same when I first heard that song. But then I figured that it fits perfectly with the lyrics and the mood he's conveying. He sounds so pathetic when he sings about sending pictures of his "dick", with his trembling voice. Kanye knows he's not a singer, I'm pretty sure this is deliberate.

I enjoy "Runaway", it's the first Kanye West track that I've really even paid attention to. It's sort of a depressed track, but not too depressed. Plus, his visual ideas are getting quite interesting too.

Runaway is actually the only track I really like on the album. I just wish he wouldn't have added all the extra "yelping and background comments", it sounded way better the first time.

I think I would of liked it more had he not released most of the tracks early. But Im a Kanye fan nontheless.

The noisy samples ("We gotcha!" "We gotcha!" "We gotcha!" "Ladies and gentlemen") were on there FIRST, then he took them off, then he put most of them back. I was glad to hear they were back on there. Remember when he was controlling those bits from a sampler on the MTV VMA performance?

Ahh touche. I stand corrected. I still prefer it without. Kinda makes it a bit more cheesey to me. But I love the extended part. Still a great song, very vulnerable and imperfect. Love it.

Album is fantastic. If you've had any interest in Kanye in the past you owe to yourself to hear this one and to be honest if your not interested now might be the time to start! It's all there, ode's to the ego (Power), social conscience (Gorgeous), moments of brutal honesty and introspection (Blame Game, Devil In A New Dress), killer pop music (All of The Lights, Lost In The World) and a whole lot more.

The one thing I would say, and this doesn't really bother me, is that he may struggle to get a really big hit from it. I know 'Power' and 'Runaway' have done well enough but I think he may struggle to get a 'Gold Digger' or 'Stronger' from this one. Having said that, 'All of The Lights' probably has a pretty good shot!

I'd probably still have Janelle Monae for my album of the year because for what was basically a debut, it's extremely impressive and accomplished. However I have a feeling I may well enjoy 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' even more!

Havent really dug the last album...cept for a couple songs....Graduation was almost classic to me..the first two were very very well done...Id say Late Registration is a classic Kanye album.

Cant wait to get this one..on vinyl hopefully, but we will see.

Straight Jacket Funk Affair
Album plays and love for vinyl records.

We're talking about 808s and Heatbreak, right? That's the only Kanye album I've listened to numerous times. I really dig it. People always give me the stink face confused when I say it's my favorite Kanye record. Admittedly, I'm not a HUGE fan in general.

I like the new album, it's good, but I actually wish it was more Kanye, less guests.

I'm happy he added them back on. I love it! The album rocks and yes, I love Runaway. I think my fave track is Monster. That shit is wicked!!

It's not a coincidence that the magazine that had Kanye posing as Jesus on the cover ended up handing him a 5star review.

Sad, this is his worst album to date.

You're so glam, every time I see you I wanna slam!

Yeah 808. He went real introspective on that one. I loved that live Pinnochios Story....Ive only heard a few songs from the new one and Ive loved all Ive heard so far. Im hyped. He makes good hip-pop imo,

Instant classic!!! Like Outkast, I love watching Kanye evolve as a artist. This album will win the Grammy's Album of the Year, plus top the Village Voice Critic's Poll.

The Blame Game is brilliant. Great story telling.

I wish Prince wrote this moment, starts at the 2:54 mark of Devil in a new dress.

Enjoy
